I think I've read the 1.6 heads have more available room for port work so they have the potential to make more power.
I could be wrong, tho. It's been rumored to have happened before.

Such a warm & fuzzy attitude around here :? Don't get worked up about it too much. The same Q's come up regularly from eager novices & at times you'll catch SOME guys  in full blown grumpy be-yatch mode. Not enuff nookie or something, I dunno. Block # location (this is a G200Z) ...

Here's another way that was suggested to me. Credit to Jerry(JLEMOND) on www.IsuzuPup.com. Copied & pasted - he always writes in all caps - as a retired Isuzu trainer no one minds. YOU NEED ONE 5 AMP DIODE AND AN EXTRA CHARGE RELAY , , THE FUEL PUMP WILL RUN AS LONG AS THE STARTER IS ENGA...

Disconnect the fuel feed hose from the carb, & with it aimed into a can (or something) have someone crank it over to make sure the supply is adequate & constant. You can try a shot of compressed air upstream/backwards to eliminate blockages as a cause. Stock carb? Is there a screen filter in...

effin you tube. Is there something thats not posted up on there. Gene, its good practise that if your touching the master cylinder for any reason you bleed all the brake circuits with new fluid. It doesnt take long to do 4 wheels instead of 2. A handy tip is if you can get a different colour to the...

wait up, doing it like that yank, the second you rmove the rubber hoses to install it your gonna get air back in there.... defeating the purpose :?: If you leave them connected until after it's bolted in & pull 'em off right when you're ready to screw in the brake lines you'll lose some but not...
