Re: Sequential Injection vs Multipoint Whats better??

Sorry had not been on for awhile... the E6X fires the drivers in sequence and is not adjustable in the software so: INJ1 > Injector 1 INJ2 > Injector 3 INJ3 > Injector 4 INJ4 > Injector 2 If you wire it that way it wont matter if you select sequential or batch then. Btw all the manuals for past and ...

Re: 4z conversion + build

Ditto modify the mounts with them on the correct side... My stock 4ZD1 that I got from a wrecker with who knows how many km, a T28 on 15psi made 190rwhp on LPG... no head work at all and stock cam. 260rwkw (200kw) is easily achievable.... Gemracing sells head stud kits, Stock main and rod bolts are ...

Re: Sequential Injection vs Multipoint Whats better??

What model Haltech? Assuming its one of the newer ones and you mean for Sequential then Inj1 to Cylinder 1, Inj2 to cylinder 2... You set the firing order in the software and it squirts accordingly.

Re: 4ze1 questions.

Ive not compared the CC size of each type of head (or seen a closed chamber head)... but I think its safe to assume if the closed chamber head appears to have a smaller combustion chamber volume then you will indeed increase your compression ratio.

Re: Sequential Injection vs Multipoint Whats better??

Sequential injection is mainly to help emissions and fuel economy, not really performance... It makes the biggest difference at idle and light loads ie cruising... At higher rpm's and loads your a injecting fuel onto a closed valve anyway as there is not enough time to get all the fuel injected. One...

Re: Weber 32/36 Conversion to a Gemini

Some people put spacers on the drivers side engine mount to tilt it a little bit. Or use the remote res TX brake master cyl. Haven't done the conversion myself, but that's why I remember from reading about it. Sure it's been covered before somewhere. Thats for twin weber conversions... you should n...

Re: What side is what for trailing arms?

standard arms... I didnt measure but I would say 3-4mm offset. Yes the panhard rod controls where the diff sits left to right but if they arms are offset fitted the wrong way around then they will be on an angle and always putting pressure on the bush... which is possibly why my bushes were fkd.. If...

What side is what for trailing arms?

Hey guys, I was changing the bushes in my trailing arms today and I noticed they are not actually identical and that the front bush tube is actually offset from center a little... Now I was changing bushes because the old ones were flogged out and after the discovery im thinking maybe the arms were ...

Yea they pull out the same way, with a pick etc... P.s. when the manual says 10-15ft/lbs I am fairly sure they dont mean torque it in stages with the first stage being 10 and the second stage 15... they are just providing a range of between 10-15ft/lbs. As most Torque wrenches are not dead on accura...

As mentioned above... the best way is to bare metal a panel, clean it and then spray it with a epoxy primer. This seals the panel and it could be left out in the weather without any problems. This is our preferred method even if your not doing it over a long period as it seals the steel from the fir...
