Well it will be soon time to finalize my new engine install. I want to paint the bay as it is has only roughly been done the same color as the rest of the car and I want it to be shiny or decently done. I have my stocko motor back in while I sort out the next motor of choice and a full re spray to match. I have 5 speed in and it works fine. I can select gears etc no issue no noises works fine. Snapping Manifolds
Hey everyone.... Okay I have gone through two inlet manifolds in the last 24 hours. Nothing special to it, I put the inlet manifold on and bolted it up. On both occassions it started to split and crack the manifold right where the manifold is bolted to the head. Is this just old age or am I doing so...

I was looking at buying an inlet manifold and carby but it is has been stated it is pre pollution.
What is the difference in the pre pollution manifold and the normal manifold if anything??
