Your problem is you bought the Euro version.
You need to return it and buy the JAP version...The boot lock mechanism is different.

preload is what exactly? Having the pushrod pushing in the master approx2mm (above post as example)

or preload is 2mm gap before the master is pushed?

booster adjustment?

Ive got hopper stoppers front brakes and never made the booster pushrod longer as it says to do on the hoppers website.

Is there any adjustment on the boosters?
Ifso how hard is it to remove or extend the length of the pushrod, short of cutting it + welding another?

it should be the same?

Ive done mine on my old TF. Its pretty much exactly the same process of the doors.

Unless you made the mistake of buying the EURO style locks. You need Japan/isuzu style

Take the boot lid off and do it. much easier.

Shifting brake booster?

Hi, How are you? Good thanks. Ive got my dash out being remodelled and while its out i'd like to try move the brake booster + master over a bit. It sits extremely close to the manifold on the SR20 and has a couple marks where its actually bumped uglies at some stage. Is it easy to do, Ill be honest,...

Had simular problem but was working - albeit not as fast as it should and only less then 1st speed on all selected speeds.
Replaced motor and it worked as it should.
I didn't test voltages or anything, I had a spare car around where I could pinch it out of.

Sounds like it could be stuffed

Sedan floor panels same as wagon?

Got a bit of rust in my wagon drivers side footwell.

Are they same size as sedans?
