I have now lost count of how many times i have said this... The National Code Of Practice is exactly that - NATIONAL! Each states authorities must not exceed these limits with their rules &/or regulations but they have the right to enforce a more strict version of the NCOP. To know exactly what ...

Yeh the XR6T use garrets.

What is the price you are paying? It must be a pretty cheap price to warrant going second hand with the price of new turbos these days.

I have lost count of how many times i have explained this.

Brake horsepower is the measure of an engine's horsepower neglecting the losses that are caused by the gearbox, diff etc.
In other words this would be flywheel hp.

Stainless nuts & bolts are far more likely to suffer thread bind up. If there is any decent sort of tension required when tensioned, you will more than likely have trouble removing the nut.

Reread my post mate, as i said the 1000hp car will be alot quicker. A 1000hp car sitting on 2000RPM with the exact same ratios as a gemini will travel at EXACTLY the same speed as the gemini. Power of the engine has NOTHING to do with, it just enables you to accelerate faster and do better burnouts...

He has given you a tyre size - 205 50R15 = 23.1" HP & vehicle weight will definitely matter. Eg1. 2 cars weighing 1000kg. Both 4.4:1 diff ratio & 23" tyres. 1 car has 1000hp & the other 100hp. Which car do you think crosses the 1/4 mile finish line at the highest speed & hi...

Dont need engine specs or previous speeds etc.

Will need accurate weight of the vehicle & your power output but here is a rough guess.

Vehicle weight = 1000kg
Power output = 350hp
Tyre size = 23.1 inches
Diff Ratio = 4.4:1

Final will be approx 8120rpm @ 194kph in 4th gear.

Thats the NATIONAL code of practice which sets the regulations for light vehicle modifications for this country. Your state regulations may vary from but can not exceed these regulations. If your state regs have not changed then this means nothing to you. You will need to check with your local autho...
