normally the chrome reflector cannot be polished, it can be cleaned tho, once corrosion has set in it is time for rechroming or get better ones, i got nearly 50 of them in various states
the plastic reflector part is just silver painted, not chrome, easiily redone

yep it is common now, i have a box of good linkage setups here so if you need one let me know, 99% have cracks in the bushes but are still good and tight

yea you gotta make sure it is hooked up right, i quickly chucked one in my drag gem and the tank started to pressurise becuase i had it hooked up wrong

laminated windscreens can be cut down, the side and rear glass cannot be cut, , templates will need to be made and sent off, becuase lots of rodders do this the prices are not as bad as they used to be, still exy tho
some have cheated by recessing the glass as it is, but you cannot open it

yea i had a ca powered gem with a longer what looked like a bike cable, original fitting on the motor end and a cable clamp on the accel pedal side, worked quite well and looked factory (unless you looked under the dash)

there are more grub screws in the block along the top of the sump you can use, i would use the one right behind the timing case, as the others are either covered by the engine mount or are behind it, if you get stuck i got a adaptor here that will work

better quality! i think the steel is treated better, they just dont rust like aussie ones

kev has ricks old pf60 zz/r coupe (lucky barstard!) so it has the proper easy to get at filter mount

a mate of mine built a td van back in the mid 90's, i clearly remember that he found an old 18" pa speaker under his parents house and cut a hole in that panel for it and chucked it in, back then proper subs cost heaps, it worked but not overly great, so yea there is space there takes about 5 m...
