Re: Front spoiler still trying to find
I would buy one of those for the track car. I had a look at the front spoilers that are available, but it looks like they only hang about 20mm or less below the current front height which wasnt enough. That one looks good and looks more functional.

Re: Forum Upgrade
I'd suggest throwing any random theme on the forums while the proper one is being developed. Something a bit darker. Something like artodia from http://www.artodia.com/phpbb-styles/ demo: http://www.artodia.com/demo/phpbb30/index.php?style=40 should just work [tm]. Ive used that one before, it works...

Thanks for posting those pics up. Ive always figured that if something was going to break in my track car it would be front suspension. As its something that only does high speed circuit work it could be bad. Ive got a lot of weight on the front (vt brakes), stiff lowered pedders suspension/sway bar...

I learnt from the bellett crew that RTS was quite a big thing at the time. The belletts had IRS, and were set up assuming the tyres wouldnt grip. Cars slid before they got massive body roll. When radials came out, they did grip and the cars got the body roll, and the irs tucked in underneath and the...

Ive been trying to note down specs as I find them. They're all in the Japanese manual, but need someone to translate them as they're needed.

It would probably be worth pulling the hidden wires back though to inspect. Your going to need to see all of it, you cant take any risks with melted or part melted insulation on that circuit with the drive to the nats in a couple of days. You should have enough spare looms around - perhaps swap in a...

Nah the opposite, your typical car battery charger can be anything from 2 to 8 amps, but a car alternator can be charing at 40 amps (or more). But your not breathing the fumes so its not much of a problem. Its the sparks + petrol that are the worse danger. But the fumes when charging are the reason ...

Its a fair comment. In a roll over the car can be damaged and upside down so that stuff in the boot or parts of the car body can sever fuel hoses and the boot cavity then fills with fumes and petrol and its all right next right next to the tank. you really really dont want sparks in there. Your boot...
