just get some mdf and get out in the shed :D mdf maybe but it swells with water so use PLYWOOD u would only need 1 sheet. then either get a sheet of 3mm mdf or card board to use as your trial pieces then trace onto your ply and a way u go...... hit em eith a wire wheel first that vht stuff is real good ive used it a few times but it needs to be baked it wont be go real hard untill u fire it up and the headers get hot
