Been ill most of the weekend so zero got done.

However I've had a play with the 5/16 line and my fittings. This will work.

Now I'll have a look at the tool Moley mentions above but I was thinking of running the line straight from the tank to the inlet.
So not worry about following the factory lines? Any reason this would be a problem.
I need to negotiate the fuel lines at the trans tunnel as they currently come close to the shifter anyway
Thoughts?

You still need a roll seam or your hoses will blow off old boy

Unless you are using some sort of fancy braided made up already fandangled things

Yeah so same as firebugs arrangement.

hard line > fitting adapter > fitting > braided Teflon hose > fitting > fuel rail
