Sr20 hydraulic clutch setup

Post by Drew »

I have read post after post with broken links or with images that won't load. I have a TE wagon with a S15 Sr20det with the 6 speed box. I need to setup a hydraulic clutch system. What I need to know is what master is best to use eg. The original s15 or something more suited to the gemi. Can it be mounted on the fire wall without modifying the pedal too much or does it have to be cabin side of the pedal.

I have my master mounted inside the car at the pedal with remote reservoir in the engine bay. I do not have pics handy at the moment. It was not a nissan master - some light truck thingo.

Doesn't have to be either.

We've got one in the cabin we pulled out of a donor car and modified twice to get it right. Runs a decent braided hose from pedal to box. I think it's just a generic pull type arrangement.

I'll grab some pics soonish

PS pics of car build in build thread stat
