Seam sealer

What's the best way to remove the seam sealer in the boot from the shock towers? Heat gun and scrapping? Wire wheel is very slow and tedious.

I've heard sand blast is best, but worried that it will warp my mint boot floor.

Could always try the paint scraper blades, they work alright on most fiddly things like that
