If the car is set up to only go in a straight line then yeah maybe head towards a 4 link setup but I can't see you having much luck getting good handling out of it for street use.
Thats why i wrote what i did, unless ive misinterpreted s*#t again? lol

Why is it thought that a 4 link wont give articulation? I know that when i jack my car up on the stands, i can drop one wheel down to the extention of the shocker, while the other wheel is sitting on bump stops (with no spring), remember 4wd's give masive articulation using 4 link systems (modified, not factory). As to why the concern is raised for the level of articulation, confuses me, i thought less body roll (articulation) was desired.
Thought it was a good idea at the time to beat-box with shaving cream on my face, until it started snowing.

Josh wrote: One other question was how did you manage to remove the axle housing from the diff center? Are they welded in or pressed in? Whats the deal? I always thought when they shortened a diff they cut the flanges off and rewelded them on?
I made up a press and pressed them out they had spot welds holding them into the center housing so I drilled them out first. I cut them down then pressed them back in.
