thats easy, rose joints, the suspension geometry wont vary in any of its travel.
the major downside to that is it will transfer all the noise and vibration into the suspension mounts and chassis, causing wear in other places. So they are only really suitable for purpouse built cars, eg drag, drift, race

I would go with rubber (or urethane) for a street driven car.

Gene you could also look at intergrating the sway bar and top arm to diff arangment into one bracket welded to the axle tube. That would tidy things up somewhat. U bolts look all very rural.

You still planning on two top arms???

Any updates from NZ?????

Bob.

no.. that way wont have the arms parallel..
the only way to keep them parallel is in the tunnel (cos its higher)..

the arms are already 1/2 the length of teh lower arms, i dont wanna go making them unparallel aswell...

Please excuse if this has already been re-covered.
But Gene made mention that Ladder/Traction bars are illegal for road use.

In actual fact they are not.
Law stipulates that the use of traction bars are permitted for use, ensuring that the action of the traction bars will not cause binding or considerable amounts of stress on the spring, assissting control arms and their associated pick-up points.

Um not on my car I am saving to buy a house so the cars on hold  I am in the middle of a hilux conversion for someone though. Going to change my top arm setup to ladder bars when I get back into it.
